A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit.
Payments can be made securely by credit/debit card through our online payment platform or by any other payment method accepted by Salty Water Tribe.
Any remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival.
All prices displayed on the website are indicated in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
Salty Water Tribe reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information provided during the booking process.
For individual reservations:
In case of a No Show, no refund will be granted.
When applicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
No refund will be issued after the stay has started, except at the sole discretion of Salty Water Tribe.
Surf lessons, yoga sessions, excursions and other activities may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, Salty Water Tribe will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative activity or reschedule the service whenever possible.
Participation in sports and outdoor activities is voluntary and undertaken at the guest's own responsibility.

Guests are expected to respect the property, the staff, the local community and fellow guests at all times.
Salty Water Tribe promotes a friendly, respectful and inclusive environment. Any behaviour involving harassment, discrimination, aggression, disrespect toward staff or other guests, or any conduct that may disturb the comfort and well-being of others may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment or furnishings during their stay.
For security and legal compliance purposes, all guests must present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in.

Guests who fail to provide valid identification may be refused accommodation.
In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples, as well as couples where one guest holds Moroccan nationality, may be required to present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in.
Guests are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations. Salty Water Tribe reserves the right to refuse accommodation where required documentation cannot be provided.
Guests participate in activities offered by Salty Water Tribe at their own risk.
Salty Water Tribe shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Guests are encouraged to ensure that they have adequate travel and health insurance coverage before their stay.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall first be subject to an amicable resolution attempt.
Failing such resolution, the competent courts of Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
